It is only with the heart that one can see right; what is essential is invisible to the eye. Antoine de Saint-Exupery This is a blog for anyone who has ever experience the pain of a damaged heart or a broken heart. It is an opportunity to share what I learned from both.
In 2007, I had life saving open-heart surgery, and the experience changed my life forever. It helped me to heal a broken heart, it gave me a second chance at life, and it enabled me to learn in very beautiful ways the things that are really important in life.
